Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
